CURRENT STAGE: COMPETITIVE ROUND

OBJECTIVE:
Use best confirmed written offer as real leverage with every dealer above it.

WHO TO CONTACT:
Every dealer with offer_cad > deal.best_offer_cad

WHO NOT TO CONTACT:
The dealer holding the best offer (they are the leader — don't tip them off yet)

SCRIPT (adapt based on rep_intel relationship):
Known rep: "Hey [name], wanted to give you a shot before we finalize. One of our other dealers just confirmed [best_offer] OTD in writing. Is there any final room on your end? Need to know by [deadline]."
Unknown rep: "Hi [name], following up on the [car]. We have a confirmed written offer at [best_offer] OTD from another dealer. Can you beat it? Buyer finalizes today. Let me know."

RULES:

* Use the exact written offer amount — never bluff
* Give a real, near-term deadline
* If they match or beat: confirm in writing immediately, update best_offer_cad
* If they beat the current best: re-contact all dealers above the NEW best
* If they decline: mark final_position — do not contact again this round
* If dealer is commission_sensitive: "I want you to get this deal. Help me make the numbers work."
* Payment-only response: "Need that as an OTD purchase price. That's what I'm comparing across dealers. Convert it and let's see where you land."

WHEN COMPETITIVE ROUND ENDS:
All targeted dealers have responded OR round_deadline_at passed — checkRoundCompletion() fires — evaluateRound() runs — state machine decides next step
